FAQ
We welcome questions and inquiries from new and existing clients as well as retailers and distributors. We have created a list of some of most frequently asked questions below. However, if you have a question that is not answered, please email us at questions@crealepleasurezz.org.
Where did Creolepleasurezz come from?
Creolepleasurezz was started in Seattle Washington and came from Marissa's passion for trendy, sexy, edgy clubwear.
What kind of fabrics do you use?
We use all types of fabrics, but most vegan-based materials.
How did you start working in the lingerie business?
Most of Marissa's childhood was in Seattle, Washington. She has many relatives who own their own businesses and who taught the young ones in their family to never settle. Her father was the most influential of them all. He always taught the children in the family to grow and to learn how to become your own boss, no matter what. Even after completing her master's degree in psychology and working in the highest paying jobs, she would not settle. In the back of her mind, she always knew that she would venture out to create her own brand. This eventually would become Creolepleasurezz.
Not knowing exactly where to start, Creolepleasurezz began with only t-shirts until the pandemic, when Marissa had to stay home because she was a nurse. Although she wanted to serve her community, she understood that bringing coronavirus home to her family was a risk. She also was taking care of her 86-year-old grandmother who has dementia. Through is all, she remained encouraged to push forward with her brand.
What type of people do you make your products for?
Creolepleasurezz is for anyone who has a sense of trendy, urban style. That is why our slogan is "ageless bold beauty". We do not just specialize in lingerie, though. We also make and sell beauty products in hopes to grow into a full fashion and beauty brand. We also listen closely to our customers to understand what type of products, sizes, and quality they are searching for. We know there is always room for improvement, and we know that our customers are always right.
How do I clean the lingerie I buy from you?
We recommend washing your lingerie and hang it to dry, depending on the material.
What would you say to women who feel self-conscious about wearing lingerie?
Know that you are beautiful. Know it, own it, and love yourself. Whoever you are with will love you. Your sexy is confidence, so relax and have fun. It's OK to feel silly in lingerie because the lingerie doesn't usually stay on your body too long. Some of our lingerie can even be worn under a blazer with jeans and heels. The more you wear it, the more natural you will feel in it.
How do you make your products so reasonably price?
Our company makes smart purchasing decisions and budget based on the price we want to offer our products at. Our product range in pricing and will continue to do so as we expand our product lines. Subscribe to our website to receive announcements about our free offers as well.
Can I hire you to make custom lingerie for me?
Absolutely. We love to make custom lingerie for our clients.
What type of charitable work does your company do for the community and the world?
We give back some of my profits to help people with epilepsy, diabetes, and dementia. We research local organizations and participate in charitable events those causes, targeting homeless and battered women's shelters.
